One of Thailand's oldest national parks and a UNESCO World Heritage site, where you might spot wild elephants along the way — the mountain switchbacks inside the park are some of the best motorcycle roads in the country.
Route and Road
The route runs through Chonburi, Kabin Buri and Pak Chong — a mix of fast straights and mountain switchbacks entering the park. It's the longest single-day route in this guide, requiring confident riding and an early start.
Surface: highway + mountain switchbacks in the park.
What to See
- A UNESCO World Heritage site
- Some of Thailand's best mountain roads
- A real chance to spot wild elephants
Tip from FirstMileLeave at first light and plan for a full day, or an overnight stay nearby if you'd rather not rush. Speed limits apply inside the park because of wildlife on the road — elephant sightings are common.
